Coaching for Complex Challenges

The challenges that bring leaders to coaching aren’t problems with clear solutions. They’re usually complex - involving people, relationships, emotions, and systems whose connections are unpredictable and constantly shifting. These situations don’t get solved in the traditional sense. They call for new ways of being and navigating.

Courage. Clarity. Creativity.
Resilience.

The qualities leaders most need aren’t skills to be learned.

They’re human capacities, always present, often obscured.

Coaching helps leaders find their way back to those resources.

Coaching may be right for you if you are...

  • Navigating transition A new role, a new chapter, or a growing sense that the leader you've been isn't quite the leader you want to be.

  • Running on empty You came to this work because it mattered. Somewhere along the way the weight of it started to outpace the meaning.

  • Outgrowing an old story The patterns that got you here, providing the answers, holding things together, staying in control, are getting in the way of where you want to go.

A typical coaching engagement includes 8-10 touchpoints over a 3-4 month period:

  • A 30-45 minute Discovery Call to determine mutual fit

  • A 90-minute Kickoff Conversation that begins to surface key questions or development goals to identify a starting point

  • A 6-8 session Coaching Cycle - beginning with weekly 60 minutes sessions and then moving to every other week

  • An end of cycle Stepback Conversation to reflect on progress and next steps

Every engagement begins with a conversation. If any of this resonates, reach out.
